"I just can't stop thinking about that baby."
"He's so cute. He's the cutest thing I've ever seen."
"I don't want him to grow up. I want him to stay little forever."
***I know exactly how he feels.
a unique perspective on the world, probably due to an excessive amount of time in the rear-facing seat of a Volvo station wagon

Cute. Calder summed it all up. They do grow up too fast.
That is so cute! Calder is such a tender little guy, i love it.
And, I have to agree. I actually started crying last night (real tears) at the thought of him growing any bigger. He is too perfect just the way he is! I don't want him to grow up.
Hopefully it was the hormones...
I just have to say, after being with Brig again last night, he is PERFECT. I wish everyone could have seen how everyone in the family can't get enough of him. Tanner was dying to hold him and the look on his face was so precious as he just looked at Brig and couldn't stop smiling. When I asked Somewhat Overprotective Dave "when we could hold the baby" he told us the first step was to wash our hands. Tanner jumped up and sprinted to the sink to wash his hands. Leslie sat there and just stroked him. He definitely brought such a wonderful spirit to the family gathering last night and I didn't want it to end. Carrie is such a natural mother.
