2 months

In honor of Brig's 2 month birthday I decided to finish up the remaining nursery projects.

I finally got pictures for our window frame. The intent was to chronologically tell the story of Brig's birth with photos. Apparently we have 6 more of these window frames in our garage...so now I'm thinking I'll do one for each child. And no, we will not be having 7 children.

Here is phase one of the mobile. Once Brig grows out of his obsession with black and white, I'll replace these note cards with something a bit more colorful.

The Brigster is growing fast. He is 75% for head and height, and 90% for weight. I would prefer 100% in weight so the thighs can go from 12 to 14 rolls, but I'll take what I can get.

The nursery is now complete and very very cute. TAlk about two clever parents the Brigster has with the picture frame old window carefully sanded off to expose all the previous colors it had been painted.

Then there are the painted animal wall hangings done by the parents AND the black and white mobile cards also hand designed and colored by the same clever parents.
Great job!!!

I love the mobile. How did you make it? I always planned on making one for Zach, but never got around to it.

Go for seven. Especially if they are all as cute as Brig. The frame is great, especially with the cute pics. where did you get it?

I was going to make the mobile out of hangers...but then Sara sent me that wire mobile with the little clips. Sara where did you get it? Then Dave and I just colored the note cards and clipped them on.

The window frame was one of the original windows in the baby's room before we got new windows. (so he wouldn't freeze to death in the winter. The original windows were very cute, and very poor insulators).

I hope he doesn't wake up in the night terrified as he sees so many Brigs in the room with him.

Amp up your ben and jerrys intake and you will get those 2 wanted rolls.

I just worried that a Lewis grandkid is below the 90% in head size. What happened there?
